Hire Santa Phoenix (we, us) operates hiresantaphoenix.com. This page explains what we collect when you call or use the booking form, and how we use it. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
If you call (928) 437-5776 or send the booking form, we receive the facts you give us: name, phone, email, date, city, and notes about the visit. We use that information to return your request and to get Santa to the right address. We do not sell it. We do not post it as a review.
Logs and cookies
The host and basic analytics may log IP address, browser, and pages viewed. Cookies may keep a form or a session working. You can block cookies in your browser. The form may not send if you block everything. We do not run a store checkout on this domain.
Sharing
We share what a performer needs for the stop: address, gate code if you gave one, time, and any notes you asked us to pass on. Hosting, email, and form tools see what you typed so the message can arrive. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Do not send payment card numbers through the form.
