Tell us the ceiling height and the floor. Dry December evenings outdoors in Phoenix are usable; gravel and palo verde branches still matter. Mrs. Claus and elves are extra people in the room, not a different company. Same phone. Same clock. Fountain Hills and Cave Creek need honest drive time. Downtown and Midtown do not. Tell us which you are. Then lock the hour before the calendar fills. If the clubhouse has a low patio cover, skip stilts and keep elves on the floor. Ahwatukee courtyards and North Phoenix dens both work. Give the headcount so we are not sending three people into a room that holds eight.
