The booking
A booking is a timed appearance. Santa arrives in character, works the room you named, and leaves at the end of the window you reserved. Traditional suit or real beard is the look you asked for on the call. Mrs. Claus, elves, and nutcrackers join only if you booked them. We do not own a chair in Phoenix. If you want him seated, you provide the seat.
Your address and access
You give a working address, gate code, and a person at the door. Dry December nights, gravel, and HOA rules are your site. If he cannot reach the door, the window still counts. We cover Metro Phoenix as described on the service areas page. Longer drives need an honest hour.
Changes
Call if the time or address changes. Christmas Eve and mid-December Saturday windows are hard to move. We will tell you what is still open. Do not send payment card numbers through the booking form.
Photos
You may take photos during the window you booked. We do not provide a photographer or a chair rental. Performers may decline a pose that is unsafe.
